滔博体育 Governor鈥檚 Council on Developmental Disabilities
The 滔博体育 Center for Excellence in Disabilities (NCED) and the are administered under the U.S. Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (OIDD) and are funded under Developmental Disabilities Act (DD Act). Developmental Disability Councils identify and address the most pressing needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their state.
The 滔博体育 Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities’ twenty member council funds a variety of projects including Partners in Policymaking, People First, the Employment Policy Summit, and Consumer Leadership. In addition, the Council monitors and advocates for legislative activity relevant to 滔博体育ns with developmental disabilities.
